DUII

• Christopher O. Ledesma, 34, of Seaside, was arraigned Tuesday for driving under the influence of intoxicants, failure to perform duties of a driver involving property damage, reckless driving, unlawful possession of a firearm, driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving uninsured.

• Viridiana Hernandez Olvera, 41, of Astoria, was scheduled to be arraigned Jan. 14 for DUII, assault in the fourth degree, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

• Kaisa D. Johnson, 27, of Astoria, was arraigned Tuesday for DUII, reckless driving, criminal mischief in the second degree and escape in the third degree.

• Everett A. Andker, 21, of Seaside, was arraigned Tuesday for DUII, reckless driving and criminal mischief in the second degree.

• Mariah A. Commons, 30, of Astoria, was arraigned Tuesday for DUII, reckless driving and refusal to take a test for intoxicants.

• Daniel Angulo Tovar, 25, of Seaside, was arraigned Tuesday for DUII and reckless driving.

• Ronald S. McArthur, 81, of Beaverton, was arraigned Tuesday for DUII and reckless driving.

• Sheryl A. Linton, 60, of Dayton, Washington, was arraigned Tuesday for DUII and reckless driving.

• Danielle L. Carlson, 35, of Astoria, was arraigned Tuesday for DUII.
