Assault

• Gabriel R. Brock, 21, of Astoria, was arraigned Wednesday for assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence, coercion, menacing and harassment.

• Robert W. Lane, 42, of Astoria, was arraigned Tuesday for assault in the fourth degree, menacing and strangulation constituting domestic violence, coercion, unlawful use of a weapon, interference with making a report and harassment.

Forgery

• Cassidy J. Kendrick, 23, of Tillamook, was arraigned Tuesday for forgery in the first degree and possession of a forged instrument in the first degree.

DUII

• Marcelo Temoxtle Panzo, 26, of Naselle, Washington, was arraigned Tuesday for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and failing to carry or present a license.

• Nicholas L. Barrett, 63, of Warrenton, was arraigned Tuesday for DUII, recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving.

• Richard A. Mendoza Cesar, 58, of Astoria, was arraigned Tuesday for DUII and reckless driving.

• Mitchell J. Bye, 33, of Warrenton, was arraigned Monday for DUII, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving and criminal mischief in the second degree.
