Watching what is shown on the news these days, I am puzzled. Nowhere on the ballot did I see the name of Elon Musk. This person seems to be crowding out the person our country actually elected as president.

Why is an immigrant from South Africa, and not elected in our government, making any demands or decisions about our country and how to run it? Especially concerning whether or not to shut down our government? He may be a billionaire, but most of the rest of us are not. We need our government to be functioning.

I may not have been happy with the results of this past election, but I would like the person elected to be front and center, not a self-identified substitute.
