Astoria police said Friday that the victim in a murder-suicide at the Bayshore Apartments on Wednesday morning was the apartment manager.

Police said Denise Lynn Mathew, 51, was shot by her husband, Scott Mathew, 57, who then took his own life. The bodies were found in the office of the apartment complex on W. Marine Drive.
