• Zachary A. Stone, 35, of Seaside, was arraigned Wednesday for theft in the first degree.

DUII

• Javier A. Mondragon, 35, of Astoria, was arraigned Thursday for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

• Dary R. Garcia Funes, 22, of Warrenton, was arraigned Wednesday for DUII, harassment and attempted assault in the fourth degree.

• Jeffery A. Byram, 64, of Vancouver, Washington, was arraigned Wednesday for DUII, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
