- Leaders from Neenan Archistruction, joined by Astoria Mayor Sean Fitzpatrick, broke ground Tuesday for the new Astoria location of the Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic’s Coastal Family Health Center. The $22 million project at the former TP Freight depot is set to open in the fall of 2025.
