Memorial service follows at 1 p.m., Peace Lutheran Church, 565 12th St. Petersen, 98, of Lebanon, formerly of Astoria, died Dec. 27 in Lebanon. Caldwell’s Luce-Layton Mortuary of Astoria is in charge of the arrangements.
