Felon in possession of firearms

• Jacob D. Smart, 38, of Astoria, was arraigned Wednesday for being a felon in possession of firearms, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and escape in the third degree.

• Jason D. Chupp, 41, of Seaside, was arraigned Wednesday for being a felon in possession of firearms, unlawful use of a weapon and recklessly endangering another person.

Theft

• Robert S. Hardy, 37, of Astoria, was arraigned Wednesday for theft in the first degree.

Driving with a suspended license

• Victor D. Stevens, 65, of Seaside, was arraigned Tuesday for criminal driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

DUII

• Justin P. Smotherman, 33, of Warrenton, was arraigned Tuesday for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

• Diego F. Forero Saenz, 43, of Astoria, was arraigned Tuesday for DUII.
