If you are a talented young North Coast singer, or if you know one, you should know there’s a chance to audition for the ABC television show American Idol coming up in a few days. The age requirements are that the contestant must be born on or between June 2, 1994, and Feb. 15, 2009.

No one needs to schlep to Los Angeles at this point, as the first round of auditions is being done online via Zoom. The Washington auditions have already been held, but the Oregon auditions are on Monday and it’s not too late to enter.
