Stephen Leonardo

Stephen “Tony” Leonardo, a physician assistant, has joined the Columbia Memorial Hospital Urgent Care Clinics.

He most recently worked as a physician assistant for Pacific Sleep Program.  In addition, he has worked at the Wimahl Family Clinic and Coastal Family Health Center, both in Astoria; the St. Charles Medical Center in Bend; and the Oregon Youth Authority in Prineville. He has also worked for the Oregon Army National Guard since 2003, and has more than 31 years of military medical experience.

He earned his physician assistant master’s degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska, and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Oregon Society of Physician Assistants and the Society of Army Physician Assistants.
