County offers new option for heavy truck traffic in Westport

Clatsop County has a plan for a new road designed to divert heavy traffic away from residential streets in Westport.

A new road would help close Westport Ferry Road access from the highway to everyone but emergency responders.

A community meeting to discuss the option is planned for Tuesday.
