Fort George Brewery took home gold in the American India pale ale category with Fanzine, a spring seasonal collaboration with Grains of Wrath Brewing from Camas.

Fort George Brewery won big at the recent Oregon Beer Awards held in Portland.

Fort George took home the award for excellence in operations on the Oregon Coast. The Festival of Dark Arts, a dark beer festival hosted by Fort George earlier this month, was again named the best in the state, an honor it has held for the last several years.

The brewery took home gold in the American India pale ale category with Fanzine, a spring seasonal collaboration with Grains of Wrath Brewing from Camas, Washington. The seasonal was released Feb. 20 in Astoria. On Feb. 22, the brewery released Oscar, the newest iteration of its Fields of Green IPA series, and a bourbon barrel-aged spiced stout called The Devil is in the Details.
