The term appointments are up for the Lower Columbia Q Center Board of Directors. The Lower Columbia Q Center is a fledgling grassroots nonprofit organization, located in Astoria, that serves all area LGBTIQ people through support, education and community building. The bylaws require offering community members the opportunity to serve as a decision-maker for the organization once a year to encourage growth and diversity of thought.
