Jessica Bedard and Jason Malena

Mark and Karen Bedard of Reedsport announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Bedard of Warrenton, to Jason Malena, also of Warrenton. He is the son of Brenda Reed-Archer of Bakersfield, California, and the late Daniel James Reed.

The bride-to-be is a title clerk at Lum’s Auto Center in Warrenton. The prospective groom works in sales, also at Lum’s.

A Jan. 13 wedding is planned in Sunriver.
