- Submitted Photo The eighth annual Jerome Neighborhood Block Party was held Sunday, Sept. 25. “We had a great turnout, with wonderful food and a great chance for new neighbors and long-time residents to meet, chat, and enjoy our neighborhood,” Ann Lederer said. As one new resident noted, “The homes aren't just beautiful, but friendly, too.”
