Dave and Patricia Bailey of San Jose, California, announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Bailey of Warrenton, to Debanie Horn, also of Warrenton. Ms. Horn is the daughter of Jayne Hearne of Warrenton, and works at Serendipity Cafe in Warrenton.
