Kristann Quigley of Warrenton, daughter of Richard and Jennifer Quigley of Astoria, exchanged wedding vows with Nicolas Cibulka of Astoria on Saturday, June 13, 2015, at Ecola State Park in Cannon Beach. The groom is the son of Brenda Frehner and Douglas Cibulka, both of Wisconsin.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents. The ceremony was performed by Sarah Malinen, friend of the bride.

The bride graduated from Astoria High School in 2004. She received an associate degree in applied science from Clatsop Community College in 2006, and an associate degree in dental hygiene from Clark College in Vancouver, Wash., in 2008. She is a dental hygienist at Tongue Point Job Corps.

The groom graduated from high school in Wisconsin in 2000, and from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a bachelor’s degree in sociology in 2007. He received his master’s degree in counseling in 2014 from Lakeland College in Plymouth, Wis. He is a mental health therapist at Willapa Behavioral Health.

The reception was a backyard barbecue at the home of the bride’s parents, complete with build your own s’mores.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Seaside, and reside in Warrenton.
