SEASIDE — Evergreen Masonic Lodge in Seaside held the 2015 annual scholastic achievement awards ceremony April 22, under the direction of the Worshipful Master Howard Hazelett. Seaside High School juniors and seniors who have attained a 3.50 or better GPA were recognized by the Masons.

Juniors receiving certificates were: William Barnes, Raiden Bowles, Annuka Brown, Cosma Davis, Kyna Lin, Whitney Westerholm, Alison Zagata, Isabella Curcin, Bridgette Malone, Stefani Vandenberg, Brenda Lopez, Jesse Trott, Nathanael Ward, Silvia Avila, Tania Martinez, Lucy Swenson, Berkley Posalski, Jack Whittle, Claire Ogilvie, Samuel Beaudoin, Sophia Trevino, Brittany West, Joshua Strozzi, Holly Phipps, Saoul Cazarez, Isabelle Tolliver, Jacob Bassett, Zachary Marston, Paige Ideue, Esteban Becerra Correa, Sophia Raterman, and Bay Cartier.

For the seniors, certificates were awarded to Allison Bussert, Jordan Davis, Allison Kilday, Trenten Meyer, Calvin Pollard, Christian Avila, Charlotte Blakesley, William Kendal, Alex Lyon, Tennaya Carr, Gloria Villa, Jensen Liu, Joshua Chesnut, Brianna Babbitt, Amber Nofield, Elizabeth Chapman, Haylee Dundas, Dylan Townsend, Shane Fritter, Reese Januik, Danielle Willyard, Kelly Willyard, Giselle Pincetich, Hannah Garhofer, Rebecca Misho, Kevin Lacoste, Eleanore Whitlock, Alexandria Utti, Matthew Marshall, Austin Milliren, Heather Flores, Samuel Hinton, Brooke Laws, Fiona Hackett, and Pedro Martinez.

Beyond the certificates of recognition for academic achievement, the Lodge also presented two $500 scholarships to graduating seniors, one to Alex Lyon and the other to Austin Milliren.

Light refreshments for the evening were provided by Danish Maid bakery of Astoria and Bell Buoy Seafoods in Seaside.
