Raymond and Janice Propst of Astoria are celebrating their 60th anniversary Thursday. The couple were married April 30, 1955, in Albany, and have two children, Raelene Bluhm of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Eric Propst of Astoria, and three grandchildren.
