As part of its employee recognition program, Consonus honors employees who go above and beyond their usual role. These individuals are recognized as Legends.
One of the newest Consonus Legend is Megan Lampson, a physical therapist with Clatsop Care Health and Rehabilitation Center in Astoria.
“Megan goes above and beyond for our residents and our team,” Michelle Rogers, the rehabilitation director, said. “She helps support our facility activities department by volunteering at and attending their after-hours activities. Due to our residents having to travel long days to Portland for their appointments, she has often self-initiated coming in later (after dinner or on the weekend) to be sure treatment is provided.”

Another example of Lampson’s dedication was when she informed her supervisor that she came in early to get her patients done so she could pick up her rental car and get to another facility and provide needed rehab services.
Clatsop Care Health and Rehabilitation Center now has four Consonus Legend winners, including Rogers, Lampson, Mary Wingard and Josh Rogers.
