Phyllis Evonne Williams was born April 11, 1940, in Grand Rapids, Minn., to David and Phyllis Gibney, and passed with peace March 16, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, David Gibney.
Phyllis is survived by her loving husband, Roger Williams; her three children and their spouses, Kathleen and her husband Marcel Ruiz, Kimberly and her husband Gary Hennessee, and Ronald Williams; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her brother, Michael Gibney.
She loved to spoil her children and grandchildren.
She was active in the SMART program, reading to children at Warrenton Grade School. She enjoyed meeting her friends for coffee, visiting, having lunches and volunteering at the Warrenton Senior Center.
She was a member of ENCORE, and enjoyed attending classes and field trips. She also enjoyed music concerts and going to North Coast Ukulele Strummers performances.
Phyllis was recently baptized, and is a member of the Warrenton United Methodist Church.
A celebration of life will be held at the United Methodist Church in Warrenton on Saturday, March 21, 2015, at 1:30 p.m.
