David ‘Pat' Kelly II

April 7, 1962 — Jan. 25, 2015

Pat was born in Seaside, Ore., on April 7, 1962, to David and Margie Kelly. He grew up in Olney, Ore., with his mother and stepfather, Hal Hankel.

Pat lived, worked, and volunteered for the American Red Cross in Portland, Ore., for the past twenty some years. Pat is an important member of his family, and will be missed.

He is survived by his father, David Kelly; stepfather and mother, Hal and Margie Hankel; sister, Darcy High; brothers, Charlie Kelly and Tim Hankel; half-brother, Blaine Kelly; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceding Pat in death was his brother, Matt Hankel.

Private services were held at Ocean View Cemetery.
