The Sunset Empire Transportation District has announced it is now offering Dial-A-Ride transportation services to two specific areas of Clatsop County that were determined to be underserved, or not served by current bus route services.

Dial-A-Ride service areas include Zone 1: Warrenton, Hammond, Jeffers Gardens and Miles Crossing; and Zone 2: John Day, Svensen and Knappa. Anyone living within the service zones is eligible for Dial-A-Ride service.

Customers may arrange to be picked up at their home for one-way or round-trip service to any of the Dial-A-Ride destinations available in the Astoria and Warrenton area. The one-way trip fare for 0-10 miles is $8, or $12 for 11 to 20 miles.
