1:38 p.m., 20 block of North Holladay Drive: Caller reported former employee creating disturbance. Officers responded. Civil issue. Owner has asked person to not return.
11:21 p.m., 200 block of South Roosevelt Drive: Subject had not moved for at least 30 minutes, then moved when caller was on the line. Warning unlawful lodging.

7:45 p.m., Lincoln Street: Caller reported young boys running at cars. Officers responded and discussed safety rules.
9:48 p.m., 800 block of South Downing Street: Officer reported possible disturbance. Officers checked. Girlfriend thought she heard something but nothing was found. Advised to call police if further problems occur.
June 22
2:45 a.m., Avenue T: Report of illegal fireworks being shot off in the area. Officers made contact with three subjects that were believed to be shooting them off. However, no evidence to prove that.
9:03 a.m., Avenue N/Prom: Report of subjects sleeping in their vehicle near the Prom. Officer contacted subjects and advised them of unlawful lodging ordinance. Subjects will be moving on.
11:32 a.m., 700 block of South Wahanna Road: Caller reported subject lying in blackberry bushes at the Wahanna ball field. Officer contacted subject and advised to move on, which he did.
June 23
1:39 p.m., 400 block of South Lincoln Street: Caller reported possible intoxicated rider on motorcycle seen approximately 10 minutes before calling. Officers were advised and will keep an eye out.
3:11 p.m., 12th Avenue/Wahanna Road: Caller reported male on a bike hit his tow strap as he was turning from 12th onto Wahanna. Caller offered to call ambulance or police, and bike rider refused, stating he had warrants and fled the area. Information taken in case possible victim comes forward.
10:21 p.m., North Prom: Report of a female intoxicated, passed out. Officers made contact. Subject is highly intoxicated and will be transported to Providence Seaside Hospital.
June 24
1:13 a.m., 300 block of Broadway: Report of a subject drinking alcohol on the street. Officers made contact, subject was warned and going home.
3:17 p.m., 1800 block of South Roosevelt Drive: Clatsop County Sheriffs Office Deputy Luedke took a burglary at the kitchen in the 800 block of South Roosevelt Drive, where someone climbed through the back window. Some other people told him several cars had also been broken into but left prior to my arrival. Extra patrols at night.
June 25
2:02 p.m., Beach Drive/Avenue U: Officer made contact with owner of truck, not sleeping in it, only sitting in it for now. Subject advised of ordinance, no further at this time.
2:21 p.m., North Roosevelt Drive: Officer assisted with disabled vehicle, moved off to shoulder. Tow en route. Officer cleared.
June 26
8:14 a.m., 300 block of First Avenue: Report of a male subject looking in windows of church then moving on around back. Officer made contact, and subject waiting for church service.
4:56 p.m., Avenue U: Caller reporting her vehicle being driven by persons that did not have permission to be driving. Prior to officer assistance, caller called back and had located vehicle and did not any longer need assistance.
7:07 p.m., Turnaround: Caller reporting bicyclist hit truck, possible injury to leg. Officer responded and caller transferred to Medix. Bicyclist left the area and was unable to be found.
June 27
3:30 a.m., 400 block of South Roosevelt Drive: Officer located subjects and warned them for unlawful lodging.
12:53 p.m., 700 block of Wahanna Road: Caller reporting person shooting homemade bow and arrow. Officer contacted person who was cutting scotch broom to make bow and arrow for his kids, not shooting anything.
8:37 p.m., 1500 block of South Roosevelt Drive: Caller wishing welfare check on female he has been with that went to hospital earlier in the day. Officer checked on female and she stated she was fine and just wanted to stay separate from the male at this time. Officer attempted contact with complainant and left message on cellphone number provided.
June 28
5:55 p.m., 20 block of North Wahanna Road: Report of a male that was looking through mailboxes, unknown if he took anything. Officers searched the area, unable to locate anyone matching the description.
11:35 p.m., 400 block of First Avenue: Intoxicated subject asked to leave. Subject got into his vehicle and left. Officers searched the area, unable to locate.
June 29
12:20 a.m., 400 block of Avenue S: Report of loud, intoxicated people and someone playing a flute. Officers made contact and subjects advised. Will keep it down.
8:11 a.m., Beach: Four subjects contacted for sleeping on the beach and in their car and warned for unlawful lodging.
1:22 p.m., Turnaround: Caller reported driver tried to hit her with a vehicle near where she was standing. Officer contacted parties involved, no crime occurred. Driver unhappy complainant was sitting so close to the curb and wouldnt move.
7:35 p.m., Avenue A: Caller reporting subjects breaking beer bottles and leaving the area. All subjects were later involved in disturbance with arrests made.
June 30
8:53 a.m., Avenue I/Beach: Officer located subjects sleeping in tent on the beach and warned them about unlawful lodging.
1:16 p.m., 2100 bock of South Franklin Street: Anonymous report of grade school-age boy leaving known drug apartment, acting suspiciously. Officer searched the area for the child, but was unable to locate him.
7:43, North Holladay Drive: Officer made contact with subject, who said he was having a bad day, so thats why he threw rocks at the citizens on bikes as they passed.
July 1
10:06 a.m., 400 block of South Roosevelt Drive: Caller reported vehicle with three kids inside with windows rolled up in parking lot. Current temperature is 79.5 degrees. Officer made contact with kids, oldest was 9 years old, and the parents. Kids were fine.
10:17 p.m., 700 block of Avenue Q: Report of a firework exploding and throwing gravel everywhere. Officer checked the area and made contact with the complainant. Suspects left the area prior to arrival.
11:50 p.m., Broadway and Columbia Street: Complainant reported that he was threatened by a group of teens in the area. Officer made contact with the complainant, but was unable to locate the group.
July 2
11:29 a.m., 200 block of South Lincoln Street: Officer was advised of subject smoking marijuana behind Safeway. Officer contacted subject who was smoking tobacco out of a pipe.
2:30 p.m., 500 block of Beach Drive: Caller reported vehicle blocking driveway. Local owner called and advised she would call and have person borrowing car move it.
3:34 p.m., South Franklin Street: Caller reported 10-year-old child stuck in infant swing at Cartwright Park. Seaside Emergency Rescue and police officer responded and were able to free the child from the swing.
10:11 p.m., Turnaround: Report of two females that were too intoxicated to climb the stairs at the Turnaround. Officer requested nonpreference cab.
July 3
9:51 a.m., 1600 block of North Franklin Street: Officer responded to report of vehicle parked on private property. Officer advised owner of private property tow options. Vehicle possibly belongs to neighboring address.
3:24 p.m., First Avenue: Officer responded to report of persons selling wood from flatbed truck. Officer referred them to City Hall for permit to sell.
9:12 p.m., 2100 block of Lewis and Clark Road: Officer responded to report of fireworks and threatening comments. Officer advised he talked with all parties involved and advised to light fireworks away from building.
July 4
2:04 p.m., Avenue G and King Street: Complaint of residents trying to charge people to park on the city street. Responsible of sign contacted and will take in. No further.
11:22 p.m., Fifth and Downing streets: Report of people throwing fireworks at cars. Officer searched the area and was unable to locate. Reporting party was not in the area.
