SEASIDE Bank of the Pacific has announced the addition of a real estate team member, Suzanne Aiken, who will be a residential real estate loan representative.

Aikens career in lending spans 17 years, with two years in personal banking and 15 years in mortgage lending. Working in Oregon and Washington, she specializes in refinance, purchase and construction loans. She is experienced in Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Administration (VA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and conventional loan programs.

Bank of the Pacifics lenders are local people who understand our local economy and can respond quickly to loan requests, Aiken said.
