Several key swimmers return for the Gulls in 2013-14, one year after the Seaside boys finished third in the 2013 district championships, a mere six points behind team champion Newport. The Lady Gulls finished fifth, but also return a few key components.

Seasides state qualifying girls 200-yard medley returns with two members, sophomore Kyna Lin and junior Tennaya Carr.

The Seaside boys also qualified for state in the 200 medley (in which they placed third in the final in 1 minute, 49.05 seconds), and that foursome returns almost intact, with seniors Christian Anderson, David Ward, junior Dylan Townsend and alternate Sam Beaudoin, a sophomore.

Anderson placed eighth at state in the 200-yard individual medley, and also qualified for state in the butterfly, while Townsend qualified in the 50-yard freestyle.

Senior Max Beaudoin returns, a year after helping Seasides 200-yard freestyle team place fourth at state, along with Townsend, Anderson, and Garrett Brown, who graduated.
