Coat drive to help needy

Two Windermere Real Estate offices are conducting Windermeres annual Share the Warmth coat and blanket drive through Dec. 20.

New or gently used and laundered coats for children and adults, blankets, scarves, gloves/mittens and hats can be delivered from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. seven days a week to the Windermere offices at 255 N. Hemlock St., Suite B1, in Cannon Beach or 588 Pacific Way in Gearhart.

Donated items will be distributed to those in need by Childrens Clothing Ministry, First Baptist Church of Warrenton and Second Chance Clothing Ministry, First Baptist Church of Astoria.

More than 30 Windermere offices in Oregon and Southwest Washington are collecting coats and blankets for those in need this winter. For a complete list of participating offices, call 503-220-1145.
