Timothy S. Williams died Dec. 1, 2013, in Portland, OR, from injuries received in a July 23, 2013, motorcycle accident near Tremonton, Utah.

Tim was born March 5, 1947, in Portland, OR, to Bill and Billie (Pierce) Williams. He was raised in Clackamas, graduated from Central Catholic High School and attended the University of San Francisco before being drafted into the Army.

He married Kathleen Edens May 16, 1970, in San Francisco, CA. She died in 2006. He married Nancy M. Daggatt June 22, 2008, in Cannon Beach.

Tim spent his entire career in the technology field. He owned several companies and wrote software, operating systems in particular. After spending 40 years in the San Francisco area, Tim moved to Gearhart in 2004. He loved movies, travel and riding his damn Harley.

Tim is survived by his wife Nancy of Gearhart, his sister Shirley Pietrok of Portland, his stepdaughters Tori Anderson of Seaside and Alix Daggatt of Astoria, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Phil and Chris Williams.

There will be a celebration of Tims life at the Astoria Golf and Country Club Friday, December 13, 2013, from 1 to 4 p.m.
