Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance
4 to 6 p.m., Community Room, Seaside Public Library, 1131 Broadway, Seaside, contact Patricia Fessler, 503-325-8930. This is a confidential, peer-led self-help support group meeting. The group is open to anyone who is diagnosed with a mood disorder, has a family member or friend who is diagnosed or who thinks they might have depression or bipolar disorder (also known as manic depression).

Warrenton Caregiver Support Group
1:30 to 3 p.m., 2002 S.E. Chokeberry Ave., Warrenton. Join other caregivers in a caring, relaxed and confidential setting. Thanksgiving Story Time

Holiday Sale
10:30 a.m. to noon, Bob Chisholm Community Center, 1225 Avenue A, Seaside. The sale will showcase the SouWester Garden Club members talents, with holiday and gift items in knitting, quilting, jewelry, baked goods and more. Light refreshments will be provided to shoppers. Thirty percent of sales will be contributed to the clubs scholarship fund.
Rebounders Stroke Support Group

Alcohol Serving Training

Class will be taught by Action Server Training, a certified OLCC Provider, to complete required training for those who mix, sell or serve alcohol for on-property consumption or manage employees with these responsibilities. Cancer Support
2 to 3:30 p.m., Bob Chisholm Community Center, 1225 Avenue A, Seaside, free. There is a monthly support group for adult cancer patients, their support team and family members, which focuses on sharing of stories, encouragement, inspiration, education, information and resources. Two groups will occur simultaneously so that cancer patients can meet together while their loved ones can share stories about their experiences supporting cancer patients. Each group will be led by licensed social workers Brigid Koeppen, LMSW, from Columbia Memorial Hospital, and Allison Whisenhunt, LCSW, from Providence Seaside Hospital. Regular business hours, Nov. 29 through Dec. 19, Downtown Seaside Businesses. Shop Seaside and enter to win the drawing of the contents of a 7-foot stocking filled with gifts from participating businesses. Shoppers will have cards on which to track their purchases. Each time a shopper reaches $40 from one or more stores, that card will be entered in the drawing. The winning card will be drawn Dec. 19. Holiday Gift Fair

Parade of Lights
