Janet Louise Hubbard, age 84, died on November 5, 2013. She was born March 12, 1929, in Astoria, Oregon, to Peter and Lillian Gerritz.

Janet married Ronald Hubbard on September 10, 1949. He survives her, residing at Clatsop Retirement Village.

She enjoyed being a homemaker, gardening and traveling with her husband.

She was preceded in death by her older brother Glenn Gerritz and two grandsons Erik Hubbard and Troy Riser. She leaves behind her brother, Gerald Gerritz of Astoria, her daughter and son-in-law, Ronda and Rocco Severini of San Diego, CA, her son and daughter-in-law David and Lori Hubbard of Astoria, three grandchildren, Kimberly and Christopher Kueker, Tami Riser and Andrea and Michael Larsen, and four great-grandchildren, Karina Kueker, Ryan Kueker, Bryce Kueker and Breanna Long.
