Department of Motor Vehicle offices in Astoria will stop accepting appointments for motorcycle skills tests this Friday.

Motorcycle skills test appointments are still available at several other DMV offices through this year, and skills testing is also available from TEAM Oregon (www.team-oregon.org). Woodburn is the other office in Oregon giving up the service.

Oregon is near the end of a five-year transition of all motorcycle skills testing to TEAM Oregon, which also provides the Basic Rider Training course required for a motorcycle endorsement to an Oregon driver license.
