The Astoria and Seaside branches of Sterling Bank will be converted to Bank of the Pacific over the weekend of June 1. Sterling customers have been notified of the change, and accounts will be transferred to Bank of the Pacific over that weekend.
On June 3, the branch offices are expected to be re-branded as Bank of the Pacific and to open for business without interruption in service. As an added convenience, these branches will operate extended hours during the week of June 3 by remaining open until 7 p.m. each night.
In addition, Bank of the Pacifics Gearhart branch will close at 5 p.m. May 31, and all account and loan services will be transferred to the new Seaside Branch. This acquisition will expand Bank of the Pacifics operations to 16 branches in Washington and two branches in Oregon. A new branch in Warrenton is currently under construction.
