Obituary: David W. Cameron

David W. Cameron passed away on April 18, 2013, at Knappa, Oregon.

David was born to Enos (Bud) and Glenda Cameron at Mabton, Washington, on March 5th, 1958. He was 55.

David is survived by his companion of 13 years, Linda Cairns of Knappa, Oregon. Son Elliot Mandeville, Melinda Cairns, Christina Miller (Nick), Billie Cairns (Larry) and Jennifer Lansaw (Andrew) of Kansas. They have 6 grandchildren.

Parents Enos and Glenda Cameron of Quincy, Washington. Sisters Karen Prentice of Hoquiam, Wash., Debra Spencer of Euphrata, Wash., and Alice (Randy) Bates of Connecticut. Brothers Harvey (Diane) Cameron of Quincy, Wa., Randy (Robin) Cameron of Quincy, Wa., Gary Cameron.

David was quick with a smile, quick with a joke, kind and generous to a fault. He loved his pets Shadow, Sassy and Precious, they accompanied him on scouting trips for deer and elk.

David was passionate about hunting and fishing. His goal was to bag a 7 point elk and to catch a record-setting fish.

David was a member of the Knappa Gun Club.

David wants to thank his community of friends and family for all youve done and the special memories you created with him. David kept his sense of humor and quick smile as he fought the fight and took each day as it came.
