BAY CENTER, Wash. The Bay Center/Willapa Bay KOA Campground has been awarded the 2013 KOA Presidents and Founders Awards by Kampgrounds of America Inc. The awards were presented Nov. 17 at KOAs annual International Convention in Orlando, Fla. Las Vegas, Nevada. KOA is also celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2012.

The KOA Founders and Presidents Awards are presented annually to campgrounds that receive the highest scores in customer service from their campers, and also receive top scores in KOAs annual Quality Review.
