Joe and Gina Jasper announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Jasper, to Brandon Clayton, pictured above. He is the son of Duane and Carla Clayton. They all reside in Astoria.

The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Astoria High School. She is an office assistant at Bergeman Construction.

The prospective groom graduated from Knappa High School in 2005. He is a journeyman lineman for Magnum Power.

A Sept. 22 wedding is planned at Clatsop County Fairgrounds.
