Bus now goes from Warrenton to Westport three times a day

The Sunset Empire Transportation District has announced the addition of services to the Route 30 bus that began Monday. Executive Director Jay Flint reported that SETD has now increased the Route 30 weekday service between Warrenton and Westport to three times a day.

The new Route 30 schedule matches the Columbia County Riders new bus schedule, which allows Route 30 riders to transfer to the Columbia County Rider and continue on to Rainier, Longview, Wash., St. Helens, Scappoose and Portland. It also connects with Amtrak departures in Kelso, Wash., and Portland.
The schedule is available at www.ridethebus.org. Printed schedules are available on the SETD and CC Rider buses, at the Astoria Transit Center, 900 Marine Drive, and at businesses, community service agencies and other local facilities.
