Jillina Mulligan of Astoria and David Manion of Warrenton announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey Alayne Manion of Renton, Wash., to Stephen Francis Gregory Cizek, also of Renton. He is the son of Rita and Gregory Cizek of Chapel Hill, N.C.

The bride-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Astoria High School. She attended Linn Benton Community College. She is a full-time nanny.

The prospective groom attended East Chapel Hill High School in North Carolina and the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He is an inventory specialist at Design Imports.

A May 19 wedding is planned.
