Felines need a master

And here’s a story in need of a happy ending. KATHY PATENAUDE wrote to the Ear about two homeless cats in her neighborhood, a tabby female, KATIE (pictured, right), and a tuxedo male named SUZIE (pictured, left). Fortunately, Suzie is not sensitive about his name.

“My neighbor abandoned them over a month ago, and we’ve been feeding them, as they wait for their master to return,” Kathy said. “However, the owner has gone into a nursing home, and won’t be returning.”

Sadly, Kathy can’t take them. “I am very allergic to cats. Where are these cats supposed to go?” Kathy asked.

They are indoor/outdoor cats, and are litter box trained. If you would like to help them, call Kathy at (503) 791-9076.

Kathy has but one request: “Please, somebody give these two a warm and happy home … Please!”
