GEARHART CPS Management Co. will relocate to 3643 U.S. Highway 101 N. in Gearhart, into the Gearhart East retail and office complex. The move, from 3595 U.S. Highway 101 N., will only be a short distance, but will give the company more office space and a larger area for the maintenance department.

CPS Management Co. offers licensed property management for full-time residential rental properties, as well as commercial management and leasing, and commercial complex site management. In the property management field for more than 25 years, owner Don Smack also operates Complete Property Service out of the same office.
