The deal leaves Rejuvenation largely untouched. The company will keep its name and its manufacturing outlet will remain in Portland.

The terms of the deal are being kept secret. Rejuvenation owner and founder Jim Kelly says there isn’t anything he’s particularly planning to do with the proceeds of the sale.

Jim Kelly: “We’re going to build a new chicken coop I think on our property. But yes, I’m 58. Part of it is being older. The last few years, with the economy have been more challenging. And this is just a dream come true.”

About 180 people work for Rejuvenation. Kelly says the sale should help the company expand.

Williams-Sonoma has bought several brands over the years, including Pottery Barn and West Elm. Rejuvenation sells largely out of catalogues and three large stores, in Portland, Seattle and Los Angeles.
