Manzanita Group Sets Pace The Manzanita Pace Setters is a walk/jog/run club that meets at 7:30 a.m. Saturdays rain, wind or shine in the parking lot behind Spa Manzanita, located at 144 Laneda Ave. To participate, bring one can of food for the North County Food Bank. The self-paced, approximately one-hour course starts and ends at the parking lot, with a new route each week. All active club members will receive 10 percent off massages at the spa. Block of the Month Group Meets The Saturday Strip Club/Block of the Month group will meet from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Custom Threads, 1282 Commercial St. The cost is $25 per year for membership, plus $26 for each strip set; the pattern is free for attendees or $5 each for members who dont attend. Legion Womens Auxiliary Offers Breakfast The Cannon Beach American Legion Womens Auxiliary will serve breakfast from 9 to 11 a.m. Sunday at the Legion, 1216 S. Hemlock St. in Cannon Beach. The cost is $7 per person and $3 per child younger than age 6. Proceeds will go to the auxiliarys efforts to support local veterans, families, community organizations and the high school scholarship fund.

NAMI Meets The National Alliance on Mental Illness meets from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Providence Seaside Hospital Education Center, 725 S. Wahanna Road, Seaside. This support group welcomes anyone who has a friend or loved one who suffers from a serious brain (mental) illness (depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder). Senior Lunch Served Senior citizens are welcome to have lunch at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday at the Bob Chisholm Senior Center, 1225 Avenue A in Seaside. Senior Meals Set The Warrenton Senior Lunch Program provides a chance to meet new friends and get reacquainted with old friends. Lunch is served at noon Mondays and Thursdays at the Warrenton Community Center, 170 S.W. Third St. The cost is a suggested donation of $5 for seniors and $7 for those who are younger than 60. Winter Bazaar on Tap The fifth annual Seaview Manor Winter Bazaar will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, and Saturday, Oct. 22, at 135 12th Ave. in Seaside. Local artists and crafters will share their work in a private, ocean-view Seaside home. Items are carefully reviewed for quality. Prices range from less than $5 to more than $400.
