Don and Kelly Thomas of Warrenton announce the engagement of their daughter, Kayla Irene Thomas, of Warrenton, to Brandon Christopher Willson of Newberg. He is the son of Ken and Dee Willson of Beaverton.

The bride-to-be graduated from Clatsop Community College with an associate’s degree. She is employed by JCPenney.

The prospective groom is a senior at George Fox University. He works at Symantec Inc.

A July 30 wedding is planned in Columbia City.
