DAVIS, Cynthia and Robert, of Seaside, a boy, Kaleb Micheal Davis, born at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria. Grandparents are Rebecca and Alan Evans of Seaside, Elizabeth Busby of Susanville, Calif., Joseph Hudecek of El Paso, Texas, and Della Palmer of Warrenton.
