Cary and Debbie Coggins of Astoria and Gary and Janice Honeycutt of Philomath announce the engagement of Elizabeth Coggins of Monmouth to Heath Honeycutt, also of Monmouth.

The bride-to-be graduated from Astoria High School in 2009. She is presently a full-time student/athlete in her second year at Western Oregon University, majoring in teaching/counseling. 

The prospective groom is a 2008 graduate of Philomath High School. He is a full-time student and a junior at Western Oregon University, majoring in math and minoring in music.

A July 2 wedding is planned.
