Stuart and Tami Arnold of Astoria announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Cathrine Arnold of Portland, to Keenan Gottlieb Borgardt, also of Portland. He is the son of Ron Borgardt and Susan Schroeder, both of Astoria.

The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Astoria High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Oregon. She is the manager of a gluten-free Gem Bakery in Portland.

The prospective groom graduated from Astoria High School in 2005 and the University of Oregon in 2009. He is a student at University of Western States College of Chiropractic.

A June 25 wedding is planned at Pier 39.
