EVOO Cannon Beach Cooking School has been named Best Dining Experience in Mike’s Road Trip Best of 2010 list.

The popular website MikesRoadTrip.com, with travel writer Mike Shubic at the helm, recently took first place as the Best Travel Tips Blog for 2010 by GotSaga, a leading travel resource site. In his review, Shubic had this to say about EVOO:

In addition to EVOOs popular dinner shows, several educational food and wine experiences are coming in February and March.
Feb. 19: Hands-on artisan breadmaking, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuition is $99 and includes lunch and a bag of bread to take home.
Feb. 20-23: Hands-on culinary fundamentals for adults, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. This four-day intensive covers a variety of cooking techniques and essential culinary knowledge. Class is limited to eight students to allow ample one-on-one instruction. Day Four is a practicum in which the students plan and prepare an entire menu. Tuition is $596 and includes lunch each day.
March 11-12: Winemaker dinners, 7 to 9:30 p.m. Part of the Savor Cannon Beach Wine and Culinary Festival, these special dinner shows will put the spotlight on food and wine pairing. Friday nights dinner will feature a guest winemaker from Owen Roe and Saturday nights dinner will feature a guest winemaker from J. Scott Cellars. $125 per person inclusive of wines.
March 20-23: Intermediate, hands-on Culinary Fundamentals Food Camp for Kids. 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day. This class is for children 11 to 14 years old who are already comfortable in the kitchen. Younger children may attend with permission from Chef Bob. Tuition is $225 and includes lunch each day.
