The Lake Oswego Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating William Martin Hulden, 64, who may be heading to the Oregon Coast.

He suffers from diabetes and is dependent on medications that he left at his home in Lake Oswego.

He was last seen wearing tan pants, a sky blue colored shirt and a tan colored zip up jacket.

Hulden is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 300 pounds.

He has grayish brown hair, blue eyes and wears metal rimmed eyeglasses. Hulden also has a metal tracheotomy. He was last seen in the area of Forest Grove Dec. 18.

There are no known vehicles associated with him.
