Freemasons Install Officers

Occident Lodge No. 99, Free and Accepted Masons of Washington installed officers for 2011 Saturdayat the lodge in Ilwaco, Wash. Dick Rodlun, of Ocean Park, Wash., seated, front row center, was installed as master. Pictured with him are, front row left, Senior Warden Ed Cox, of Ocean Park, and Installing Master Walt Twidwell, of Brooklyn, Wash., right. Back row, left to right, are officers of the lodge. Earl Soule, of Long Beach, junior deacon; Sherm Richmond, of Ocean Park, senior deacon; Warren Hartzell, of Long Beach, junior steward; Jerry Bruner, of Seaview, marshal; Norm Grier, of Seaview, chaplain; and Jim Tongue, of Seaview, secretary. Not pictured are George  Power, of Long Beach, junior warden; Les Moore, of Ilwaco, treasurer; Bob Rader, of Ilwaco, senior steward; and Mike Carmel, of Long Beach, tyler and immediate past master. Installing secretary was Jim Mack, of Ocean Park; installing chaplain was Dobby Wiegardt, of Ocean Park; and installing marshal was Richmond. Masons meet at the lodge in Ilwaco, on the first Thursday of each month.
