T. Paul’s Urban Cafe and T. Paul’s Supper Club now deliver lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, to downtown businesses, from the court house to Columbia Memorial Hospital. The delivery area includes Marine Drive and Commercial, Duane and Exchange streets.
