Manzanita Group Sets Pace – The Manzanita Pace Setters is a walk/jog/run club that meets at 7:30 a.m. Saturdays rain, wind or shine in the parking lot behind Spa Manzanita, located at 144 Laneda Ave. To participate, bring one can of food for the North County Food Bank. The self-paced, approximately one-hour course starts and ends at the parking lot, with a new route each week. All active club members will receive 10 percent off massages at the spa. NAMI Meets – The National Alliance on Mental Illness meets from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Providence Seaside Hospital Education Center, 725 S. Wahanna Road, Seaside. This support group welcomes anyone who has a friend or loved one who suffers from a serious brain (mental) illness (depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder). Senior Meals Set – The Warrenton Senior Lunch Program provides a chance to meet new friends and get reacquainted with old friends. Lunch is served at noon Mondays and Thursdays at the Warrenton Community Center, located at 170 S.W.
